Sexual health education for parents

The health and wellbeing of our children is our responsibility, which also includes conversations about human sexuality. You should start conversations with toddlers about body safety/protective safety and conversations to protect and prepare for porn should start when they have access to the internet. But most importantly talk about positive, healthy, respectful relationships as part of being humans. It is imperative that parents and teachers respond in a constructive, useful and positive context towards sexual development and behaviour with children.

This is something I can help you with at a parent session. Here is what other parents have said about these sessions:

"This was easily the best talk I have been to about anything to do with my kids. Straight to the point, informative and actionable. Loved it - thank you"

"Hi Vanessa, We both attended your presentation last night. We’d just like to express our gratitude for you for helping us tackle what is undoubtedly an awkward subject in a highly informative, non prejudicial and amusing way. Without question your approach will help us through the next 10 or 15 years with our six year old son. Thank you!"

"Vanessa's presentation is probably one of the best parenting sessions I've ever attended. Honest, engaging, knowledgeable, fantastic. Thank you"

"Thanks Vanessa I am a Primary School mum who attended your session earlier in the year. Yes I am still in awe! It was well worth attending and I'm recommending your talk to every parent! Great work you are doing - very informative and very well presented."
